2009 - Welp, it's been fine. :D

Oh, what a year!!

January.
The new year was brought in with great friends, fab
ulous fun, and memories I'll never forget. :DSchool didn't spare any expense in coming along much sooner than appreciated, and before I knew it, I was back on a plane, heading back to the land of Mormania. All I can remember from the academic portion of Winter semester is that I dislike Calculus with a passion, but I made it out alive, so it was a SUCCESS!!

February.
February is a complete blur with the exception of an incredibly spontaneous trip back to Ohio. Apparently I couldn't stay away. Don't worry--I thought I was crazy too. Must just mean I am!
The trip was most definitely worth it though. 100%.

March.
March is another big blur with the exception of the first and most difficult farewell in a whole series of farewells to come... It's super hard to believe there are STILL more farewells to go. Can we please bring on the HOMECOMINGS?? I'm super proud of all my missionary pals though. My friends are changing the world. :D It's great.
Hands down Lee was the hardest to say goodbye too. Guess it was good he left first--it just means he'll be HOME first! :D
I suppose other things happened in March too! Like.. DanceSport and The Festival of Colors!! Who doesn't love throwing colored chalk at all your friends? Hmm...?
April.
April brought Conference, Wicked, the David Archuleta concert, Meeting Kirby Heyborne, and the conclusion of Freshman year. Ah..what fun. Freshman year was SERIOUSLY the greatest. I couldn't have asked for a better group of friends, or a greater amount of fun. It was simply a BLAST!

This fella also left in April..

May.
May brought me back to Ohio, to Zion's Camp! Where I met John H. Goberg and his wife! It also brough another Prom, and a Birfday at the Zoo!! :D

Granted passerby's may have mistaken US as one of the exhibits.

These two left in May:

June.
June brought plenty of pesky weeds to pull at work, and plenty of evenings with "the gang". I basically became a Poker Queen. Try to beat me. I dare you. :P

July.
JULY was SUPER FLY. Pageant! Pageant! Pageant!! Probably two of the greatest weeks of my life. :D For SO many reasons!! Rehearsals, costumes, hair, make-up, proselyting, performing, sightseeing and THE SACRED GROVE!! Yup. July was dynamite.

July also brought saying goodbye to this one..

August.
August took me to the beach with the coolest clan around. It also introduced me to this adventure known as "off-roading". Finally, the end of August meant a ROAD TRIP across the country, and my bum back in school.

It also meant moving in with THESE Girls!!! I love them!!!

Uhmm.. there was also a MAD RUSH for the mission field in August:

September.
September brought a hike up Y mountain, a KILLER Killers concert, and partying in Salt Lake.

Oh yeah. BYU (#20) beat OSU (#3) in the opening game of the Season.
Provo Exploded. We took the phrase "Dancing in the Streets" to a whole new level. It was great.

October.
I turned 20 in October. Crazzzyy, right? October brought lazer tag fun, and an "unprecedented" siblings weekend.

My work department dressed up as characters from Alice in Wonderland for Halloween. We deserved an award..I don't care what receiving has to say about it.
These two headed into the MTC in October:
November.
November was THE GREATEST! :D Thanksgiving, Hiking adventures, Moab, Friends. It was the greatest. We made our own Thanksgiving dinner, and it was great! It wasn't very traditional-but it was us, and it was delicious. And Moab? Moab was "Epic".

Our way of giving "thanks":
AHH.. And I must not forget. I watched my Cougars beat those dreadful Utes 26 to 25 in OVERTIME. It was the greatest game I've ever personally witnessed. AND THEN, I met Cosmo. Seriously? Thanksgiving break COULD NOT have been better.

December.
My roommates and I attempted to go see the Mo-tab Christmas concert...but after being stuck in trafic for over an hour, our seats were given away. It was sad.. Lindsay and I spent a few days in Chicago with my Cousin Michelle and her Husband Dennis. They're the greatest. :D Then I finally made it back to good 'ole Ohio. My home, sweet home. :D

All in all...WHAT A YEAR!! 2009-it's been real.
Now onto 2010. :D
